At Rozematics, we always aim for customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide an Exchange Policy under the following conditions: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition (unused, with packaging and invoice). Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
